All our products are covered by 30 day return policy. All returning items must be unopened and in their original packaging. All returns must be accompanies by a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number provided by our customer service department. Ship the new, unopened product in the original box to the address we provide you upon requesting RMA. Once returned item is received by us we will credit your store account or method of payment for the amount paid for the product. Buyer pays return shipping. Damaged/missing items will not be refunded.
